Love shopping here! I really appreciate all the high-quality, premium brands they carry, like Zignature, that you just don’t find everywhere. The staff is always incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions or make recommendations. The store also has such a huge selection that I rarely have to shop at Petsmart or Petco anymore. Between the outstanding inventory, excellent customer service, and focus on quality pet nutrition, Chow Down Pet Supplies has become my go-to pet store. Highly recommend!
Everyone was super nice and helpful. Staff were friendly and nice. They also have a cute cat named Raven and I got to pet her. 10/10 Would go again.
