I stopped in while passing through on a cross-country trip after my dog hadn’t eaten for about a day and a half due to stress. I had already tried the backup options I brought with me, and none of them were working. A staff member approached me right away, listened to the situation, and gave clear, practical recommendations for food toppers and ways to make her meals more appealing. I picked up a few options, and they worked immediately. My dog ate a full meal with broth on top without hesitation! I appreciated the quick, knowledgeable help during a stressful moment. It made a real difference!
