These people go above and beyond to help us find the right items. We have a special needs dog that we struggle to feed due to her being picky and having so many dietary restrictions. The people at the store help by being knowledgeable but also doing research with me in the store. 8/10 times im in there I end up learning something new and finding something my puppy loves! After a failure with another pet store in this town, which I won’t name, they were not helpful at all. I came into chow down this morning, and the lady was extremely helpful and showed genuine care with me and my issue with my cat. I will definitely be coming back.
